ICF is thrilled to announce that Mentee applications are now open for Cohort 3, the final cohort of our Pilot Mentorship Programme 2026/27. The deadline for applications is 7 September 2026, 11.59pm.
We are welcoming applications from emerging or early-career creative and cultural practitioners of colour based in London who would benefit from free, focused, short-term one-to-one mentorship. The Programme will run from November 2026 until February 2027. You must be available during these months to participate.
On the Programme, selected Mentees will receive:
- Three one-to-one mentorship sessions between November 2026 and January 2027
- One in-person cohort networking session during the week of 15 February 2027
- Online group training during the week of 19 October 2026 and check-ins during the Programme
Our Pilot Mentorship Programme launched in May 2026 and the first two cohorts have supported practitioners who are signed up to our Professional Development Newsletter. We’re delighted to share that the Mentors for Cohorts 1 and 2 are Tamar Clark-Brown, Andrew Pierre Hart, Annie Jael Kwan, Erin Li, Michael McMillan, Harold Offeh, Anjalika Sagar, Rhea Storr and Zoé Whitley.
And we are excited to confirm that the Mentors for Cohort 3 will be Larry Achiampong, Dr Ajamu X, Tanya Auclair, Ain Bailey, Suzanne Dhaliwal, Anu Henriques, Daniella Rose King, Tobi Kyeremateng, Siphiwe – Nokukhanya Mnguni and Keith Piper.
Selected Mentees will be matched with available Cohort 3 Mentors based on overlapping availability, expertise, goals, needs and professional practice.
To apply for Cohort 3 of ICF’s Pilot Mentorship Programme, please complete the online application form HERE. Please note you must confirm your availability to attend the required pre-scheduled sessions specified within the form.
Completing the form will take at least 30 minutes. If you’d prefer to draft your responses first and / or see the full list of questions, you can download a template form and copy your answers into the online form when you’re ready.
