Delivery & Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from the ICF shop! Every purchase you make supports the delivery of ICF’s public and professional development programmes.



Purchases made on our website can only be delivered to the UK.

Our standard delivery cost for small items is £3.99 and £8.95 for items requiring special delivery, such as editions. If purchasing more than one item, shipping costs will increase to accommodate this based on weight and packaging needs. All orders are sent via Royal Mail’s tracked service.

Your item(s) will be delivered to the address you supply when placing your order.

Orders are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving them through our website.

Once processed, you will receive your order confirmation and we will aim to deliver the order within 3-4 working days. If we face any delays, we will notify you via email.

All delivery times quoted are estimates based on item(s) availability, standard processing and delivery time. Please note delivery times may be affected by situations outside of our control. If this happens, we will inform you of revised delivery times as soon as possible.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact before purchasing, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that items will continue to sell online until sold out.



We can accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro and American Express.

We do not offer invoicing and payment plan options.



If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund your item(s) so long as they have not been damaged or their condition altered in any way. To begin the returns process, you must:

  • Notify us via email of your request to return your item(s). Please send this request to
  • Return the unwanted item(s) in their original condition with all the internal packaging within 14 days of receipt of your items. Both the items and the packaging must be undamaged.
  • Include your order number (printed order confirmation or written order number) within the package, as proof of purchase.
  • Post the item(s) in the external packaging that they were received or in equally secure packaging to ICF, 4 Rostella Road, London SW17 0HY.

Please meet these above requirements to ensure timely return of the package to us, or the return and refund may not be viable.

Please be advised that as we are a small charitable organisation that raises funds to continue the work we do, we are unable to offer free returns or refund the original postage costs incurred during your initial purchase. You will be responsible for covering the cost of postage for any returns.

When returning your item, we recommend using registered post or recorded delivery to ensure safe delivery. We also recommend keeping proof of postage for your return until we confirm we have received it and processed your refund. In the case that your return is lost during delivery, we can only complete a return or refund if the item is retrieved whilst being returned to us.



We are very sorry if you received your item in a damaged condition. We always condition-check items when we dispatch them, but unfortunately, damage in transit can occur.

If your package arrives obviously damaged, please do not sign for it and ask the courier to return to sender.

When buying an Edition, please thoroughly condition check on receipt and inform us of any defects by emailing within 48 hours of receipt. We will consider your claim and where we determine that this damage was caused before you signed for the item, we will exchange it for another of the same Edition or offer a refund only when there is no further stock available. In this scenario, please speak to us about organising a return of the Edition free of charge.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund any item that is not in a good resaleable condition. We cannot authorise a refund for any goods without proof of purchase.
